Lux InsideOut
the heart of europe in your hands

From your pick up spot of choice to the heart of the wine production area.

We will leave in the morning, at a time to be defined together, and drive to the East of Luxembourg, towards the river Moselle and its endless strip of vineyards.

We will first stop in Nittel, a town on the German border. We will have a short stroll through its streets and reach a vantage point where we will have a great view over the valley and the river.

Then we will drive to a museum in Ehnen on the Luxemburgish side. Set in a wine house dating back to the 18th and 19th century, it showcases traditional tools used by winemakers and displays life of wine producers of old. There is even an old helicopter and a glass of local wine is included at the end of the visit.

The next stop will be in Nennig, back on the German side of the Moselle river. There, a restored Roman villa showcasing a fine mosaic will take us all the way back to the origins of the region's wine culture.

Finally, as an added bonus, we will end the tour with a stop at Schengen, on the southern tip of Luxembourg where three countries meet and the river becomes a border. We will take a little time to enjoy the european square and its dedicated monuments before driving back to your drop off point.

Entrance fees to museums and sights are included but openings are subject to seasonal changes. Light food and drinks are included too.
Duration of tour up to 7 hours. Time will be made for lunch but is not included in the price.
